Sebenarnye dh lama dh nmpk pic nie kat FB..tp baru arinie nak share..;))))


Okayh, guys n gurls..RETHINK YOUR DRINK..n from now on, i will only drink plain water (padahal baru mlm td bantai minum Nestea..hahahaha)..no more Redbull, no more Chocolate drink, no more Minute Maid Pulpy, no more Nestea, no more soft drinks..I'll try...;))))))))

  19. fuh gula manyak nya kat semua minuman tu..air mineral je x ada gula..tapi apapun kalau x ada gula langsung dalam badan pon bahaya gak..tp kena jaga kuantiti pengambilan tu kan
